OK, we know this isn’t anything new but our dairy-free guac recipe smashes those pre-made ones out of the ballpark. ⚾ You simply cannot beat that fresh avocado flavor. Speaking of the ball park, this fiery version of a fan favorite is great for any game watch party with the guys or laughing over the latest reality TV tiff with the girls.
🥑 🤩 We know everyone can get a little AVO-control while mixing ingredients together so this simple recipe is perfect to just take it easy.
Let's begin! Start by slicing your avocados, remove the pit and skin, and place in a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados together with a fork or potato masher and make it as smooth or chunky as you'd like. Stir in the chopped onion, corn, jalapeños, and squeeze in every last drop of that lime juice. Lastly, mix in a full container of Hot Mama. Yep! A full container.
Serve with tortilla chips, overtop tacos or nachos, or do like we did and bake fresh, broken apart tortillas until crispy. 😋💦
