To celebrate, we have a delicious dairy-free Christmas cookie recipe for you to try. Pack these cookies for your next picnic, or munch on them next to the pool while you tan; we promise if you try these cookies you’ll be a huge fan!
Cookie ingredients
½ cup of Vegan Butter
1 cup of Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 ⅔ cups of All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 container of The Dairy Free Co. Dollop Lama™
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
Blend together butter and sugar, then beat in egg and vanilla until creamy
Stir in Dollop Lama until combined
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Place dough on a floured surface and roll out to about 1/4th of an inch
Cut rolled dough out with cookie cutter and place onto the cookie sheet
(optional) top with sprinkles or sugar
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cookies are a golden brown on the bottom
