Dairy-Free Banana Bread Muffins
    • 3 mashed ripe bananas
    • 2 tbsp ground flax
    • 1/3 cup almond milk
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ cup rolled oats
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • ½ cup baking powder
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1 ½ cup spelt flour
    • ½ cup The Dairy Free Co. Dollop Lama

What do you do when life gives you ripe bananas? Make #dairyfree Banana Bread Muffins, of course! 🍌

These plant-based muffins are fluffy and will fill your kitchen with an a-peeling aroma. Another plus? This recipe calls for *all* of your ingredients to be mixed in the SAME bowl! We're no mathematician but scrumptious recipe + small messes = good day.

Like promised, in one mixing bowl, add in your ingredients starting with your bananas, ground flax, The Dairy Free Co. Dollop Lama™, and almond milk. While continuously stirring, add in your maple syrup, vanilla extract, and rolled oats. Lastly, toss in the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spelt four. Stir until the batter is mixed evenly.

Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin and bake on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Eat em’ fresh and warm or freezer pack them for a longer stay.
