Authentic Dairy-Free Vodka Sauce
  • 1 - 28 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • ½ cup vodka, your choice
  • 1 tbsp. oregano flakes
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Handful of basil leaves, de-stemmed
  • 1 - 7 oz. of The Dairy Free Co. Garden Party™

Our mouth-watering recipe pays homage to a dreamy date night in. Light a little candle, turn on the slow tunes, and get cookin'.

Start with a medium-sized saucepan on medium heat. Add in whole peeled tomatoes, tomato sauce, and paste. Stir everything together while adding fresh basil leaves, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt.

After some time, you'll feel the tomatoes soften. Break them up as they do to help lose form and create a chunky sauce. Have a taste; we wont stop you.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere so, stir in the vodka of your choice. Let the alcohol seep well into your sauce for about 7 minutes. Add in one whole container of Garden Party™ and stir for 3-4 minutes or until the spread and sauce merge.

Your boozy, dairy-free sauce is now ready to pour over a pasta. Don’t forget the extra basil leaves on top. Buon Appetitio!
